• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 

• Arrival: Please ensure your vehicle is available at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are subject to change based on the size and condition of the vehicle.

• Final pricing will be confirmed upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Liability and Damages

• Pre-existing Damage: Auto Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, such as loose trim, cracked windshields, or oxidized paint that may be further affected during the cleaning process.

• Personal Belongings: We request that all personal belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

• Engine Cleaning: If engine bay cleaning is requested, the client acknowledges the inherent risks involved with electronic components and waives liability for related mechanical issues.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Auto Spa and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Auto Spa for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
